VAI Sees Record Attendance at VAI Connect 2022

Ronkonkoma, N.Y. – October 31, 2022 – VAI, a leading ERP software developer, held its 26th annual customer conference, VAI Connect 2022, in a one-day virtual setting that connected its S2K Customers with VAI team experts and solution partners. The company saw an attendance increase from previous events, with more IT professionals joining the live classes, educational courses, general session, and partner solution center for a day of training and roadmap discussion and planning.

VAI Connect 2022 Highlights-at-a-Glance:

• The General Session brought together a panel of VAI experts for a fun and engaging Q&A exploring the most pressing questions from VAI customers. Moderated by the talented and humorous Tripp Crosby, the VAI team discussed key industry topics, such as security, cloud computing, mobile apps, training, application integration, CRM, and the future of VAI technology.

• VAI’s Innovation Center offered short, pre-recorded classes showcasing the features and services of VAI S2K software. Topics included working with the VAI Help Desk, empowering service technicians with S2K Mobile Field Service, understanding S2K Pricing and Promotions options, and how to create custom dashboards and reports in S2K Analytics.

• Live Educational Classes enabled attendees to meet with VAI experts to explore how S2K solutions can make real and measurable organizational improvements. Classes were offered throughout the day and included the latest features of S2K Enterprise and S2K Food, financial functionality, warehouse management, and cloud computing.

• The Partner Solution Center showcased VAI’s most sought after partners. Avalara, Inc., Carbonite, Cleo, CYBRA Corporation, HelpSystems, IBM, Infocon Systems, Mountain Leverage, New Generation Software, ProcessWeaver/Elemica, Varsity Logistics, and Vertex, Inc., met with conference attendees to demonstrate their solutions as well as discuss and review how these innovative products work in conjunction with the S2K ERP software suite.

• New S2K Functionality for VAI S2K Enterprise Release 6.2/6.3 and S2K Food Release 6.2 were highlighted as well as what’s ahead with VAI’s Technology Roadmap.
