Technical Project Manager Full Time
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Technical Project Manager with PMP certification preferred to lead and coordinate complex technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing software development, infrastructure, or IT systems projects. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for technical initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication between technical teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed reports on project progress, issues, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Promote best practices in technical project management, including documentation, risk management, and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical or IT-related environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, infrastructure, or systems integration.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical background (e.g., former developer, engineer, or IT analyst).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred. Equivalent hands- on work experience would be considered.
Candidate must have 10 years of hands-on with RPG IBM I-Series AS/400 Developer and Manufacturing & Retail Domain.
Additional Skills:
• Proficient in IBM I-Series AS/400 Technology using programming languages RPG III, RPG IV, ILE, CL/400, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, Free Format RPG Programming and DB2/400 using IBM programming utilities like QUERY, Stored procedures, SQL/400, SQL, MQ.
• Experience in developing applications using tools IBM Rational Developer of i (RDi), PDM, SEU, SDA, and DBU in OS/400 Environment.
Good Experience in interacting with Business and creating functional requirement documentation as a Business Analyst.
Experience in Maintaining Batch Jobs, Journaling and Commitment Control Concepts.
Very Good Knowledge on executing Web Service from AS400, executing Java/XML procedure from AS400.
Experience in System analysis, Design, Preparing Technical specifications, Development, Integration, Debugging, Code Review, Maintenance, Documentation and testing (unit test Case (UTC)/Unit test result (UTR)).
Familiarity of AS/400 Change Management Tool Turnover and Implementor.
Work experience in on site-offshore model at different stages of software development life cycle SDLC processes with SEI-PCMM Level-5 companies.
Excellent Experience in Retail and Distribution (Order processing, Inventory control, Warehouse Management and Logistics),
Expertise in Various Tools i.e. SAP Implementation, Data Migration, Change Management, Testing, Analytics, Transport Management, Help desk ticket Management, Documentation Tool
Good experience in AS400 integration with front end in Java, SAP through web services, host publication method and Web services calls using the RESTFUL services, PCML and MQs.
Duties / Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence (BI) Developer – Full Time
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers to transform raw data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and data models.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and operational reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various sources (e.g., relational databases, data warehouses).
Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines in collaboration with data engineering.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions.
Optimize data queries and dashboards for performance and scalability.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all BI solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot data/reporting issues as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and provide data-driven recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a BI development or data analyst role.
Proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas).
