VAI Partners with Nylas to Offer S2K Customers an Integrated CRM Solution with Embedded Email Service

Nylas’ platform capabilities are now part of VAI S2K Sales Force, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that combines powerful contact management capabilities with direct real-time access to VAI S2K Enterprise ERP data.

VAI’s new integration provides a powerful two-way calendar and email sync between S2K Sales Force and each user’s individual email account. This saves time by reducing the need to continuously switch between the CRM and email applications. It also allows users to deliver consistent communications across the organization by taking advantage of S2K’s customizable email templates.
