Arett Sales Utilized VAI’s S2K ERP Solution to Build an ecommerce Marketplace and Host Virtual Open House

Since the beginning of the partnership, Arett Sales has leveraged S2K eBusiness as part of VAI’s S2K Enterprise ERP solution to provide customers a modern way to shop Arett Sales’ marketplace.

As Arett Sales has grown and expanded nationally, its need to better anticipate demand and enhance the e-commerce buying experience for customers has increased. In addition to leveraging S2K eBusiness for its e-commerce marketplace, Arett Sales worked with the VAI team to operate the Arett Sales Open House, hosted virtually for the first time in the fall of 2020, and scheduled to be conducted virtually in 2021. The VAI and Arett Sales teams created the Open House with vendors represented at booths and consumers placing orders throughout the event. With the seamless integration of e-commerce functions at the Open House, the technology and assistance from VAI enabled Arett Sales to recreate the in-person experience for its first virtual setting and make it easy to track and fulfill orders. Additionally, the virtual Open House platform offered enhancements to the Arett Sales website including an advanced online ordering platform, live virtual meetings, live chats, access to hundreds of product videos, and additional features on the website.
