VAI Strengthens Community Impact Through Annual Thanksgiving Food Donation and Turkey Gift Drive

Ronkonkoma, NY, December 1, 2025 — VAI, a leading ERP software developer, proudly continues its long-standing commitment to community support with two major philanthropic initiatives held this Thanksgiving season: the company’s 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive and its Annual Turkey Gift Drive.

This year, VAI employees united to provide full Thanksgiving dinners to more than 50 families, feeding approximately 225 people in need. Supported by generous employee donations, this initiative was conducted in partnership with The Presbyterian Church of Islip, Long Island, whose Board of Deacons expressed sincere gratitude for VAI’s ongoing compassion and dedication to helping local families.

“We are proud to come together as a team each year to support our community during the holiday season,” said Lorie Guerin, Project Manager at VAI and organizer of the Annual Thanksgiving Food Donation. “Providing Thanksgiving dinners to over 50 families is a meaningful way to give back and share gratitude. Partnering with The Presbyterian Church of Islip allows us to extend our reach and make a real difference for those in need.”

In addition, VAI’s 15th Annual Turkey Gift Drive once again exceeded expectations. Thanks to enthusiastic participation and contributions, the event surpassed its goal by eight turkeys, collecting a total of 118 turkeys. The fundraiser raised $2,360, all of which was used to provide holiday meals to local households.
