VAI Recognized by TrustRadius with 2026 Tech Cares Award for Commitment to Community

RONKONKOMA, N.Y. — August 27, 2026 — VAI, a leading independent ERP software developer, today announced that it has been selected as a recipient of the 2026 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius, recognizing technology companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility and giving back to their communities.

The recognition highlights VAI’s longstanding culture of philanthropy, which includes corporate and employee-supported charitable giving, community events, food drives, and initiatives supporting local healthcare and families in need.

VAI’s philanthropic efforts extend across a range of local causes, with employees and the company supporting organizations focused on hunger relief, healthcare, families, and community services. Among VAI’s community initiatives are:

• South Shore University Hospital Annual Golf Classic: VAI supports the annual Golf Classic, helping fund hospital expansion and initiatives that strengthen healthcare services for the local community.

• Island Harvest Food Bank: VAI provides corporate and employee donations to support hunger-relief efforts throughout Long Island.

• The Harry Chapin Food Bank: VAI contributes through corporate and employee donations supporting hunger-relief programs and families in need.

• CBIZ Workplace Challenge: VAI employees participate in the annual 3.5-mile run/walk, which raises funds for local charitable organizations.

• Thanksgiving Food Drive with The Presbyterian Church of Islip: VAI employees collect and provide Thanksgiving food to local families. In 2025, the initiative provided complete Thanksgiving dinners to more than 50 families, representing approximately 225 people.

• Annual Turkey Gift Drive: VAI’s longstanding holiday initiative brings employees together to provide turkeys and financial contributions to help local families enjoy Thanksgiving meals. In 2025, the 15th Annual Turkey Gift Drive collected 118 turkeys and raised $2,360.
