VAI Partners With HelpSystems to Add Document Management Capabilities to S2K Suite

Ronkonkoma, N.Y. - February 16, 2017 - VAI (Vormittag Associates, Inc.), a leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) software provider, today announced a partnership with HelpSystems, a leading provider of document management solutions. Incorporating HelpSystems’ document and forms management capabilities into VAI’s S2K Enterprise will provide customers with a fully integrated document management and workflow ERP system.

HelpSystems’ document management capabilities, which include automated process and workflow management, document scanning, digital storage, data capture, forms management and document creation, will become available to VAI’s customers over the next few months. With HelpSystems’ accounts payable workflow, which is being rolled out first, VAI customers will be able to maintain a paperless archive of invoices that is well-organized, easily searchable and secure. Although companies in every industry require an easy-to-use accounts payable system, HelpSystems’ other capabilities will be particularly helpful for customers in the food and beverage and manufacturing industries. VAI customers in these industries can use HelpSystems’ solutions to automate quality testing with electronic food safety and product quality forms.
