Ronkonkoma, N.Y. - September 19, 2018 - VAI, a leading ERP software provider, announced the Executive Tracks, Hands-on Labs, and Training Sessions taking place at its customer conference, Prevail 2018, being held November 8-10, 2018, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Re-branded this year with a new name, Prevail, conference attendees will the opportunity to handle and explore the many new features of VAI’s S2K Software and get the latest news and business know-how needed for end-to-end business development and expansion.

Designed to meet customers’ business needs, VAI’s new training classes are offered in three, half-day sessions that give attendees a closer look at the various applications within the S2K Enterprise Suite. Complimentary hands-on learning sessions are available throughout Prevail 2018, and educational forums have been created for industry-specific offerings in the Food, Pharma, Leadership, and Finance sectors.

Users will be introduced to the S2K Mobile Order Entry application, which makes it simpler for sales teams and their customers to place orders directly with a company, resulting in increased order frequency, customer loyalty, and an improved bottom-line for your business.

S2K Sales Force

Attendees will review the basic navigation of S2K Sales Force, learn how to enter and track leads, make notes and set up appointments and reminders, and access the key information they need to maximize every sales call.

S2K Smart Center

Attendees will learn how to create a custom home page in S2K Smart Center using application specific portlets that best suit the user’s role. Users will also learn how to create a task, assign that task to any employee, and process the daily tasks that have been assigned to them.
