We’re back from Disney, where we held this year’s VAI Customer Conference, Prevail 2023. With so much excitement and momentum going into the planning of the conference, expectations were high, and attendees were not disappointed. It’s been several years since the last in-person gathering, and we’ve found that our customers embraced face-to-face interaction, with many of them claiming that an in-person meeting is far more productive than a virtual one and that it feels nice to be free of the distractions of daily office life.

Our 2021 VAI Customer Fall Forum was held virtually this year, delivering a theme that centered around leveraging technology to achieve business growth, objectives, and leadership, while keeping pace with the rapid advancements of automation in a fast-changing world. Attendance was high across all industries, as S2K customers came see the scope of advancements within the S2K Enterprise suite of applications, plus review their technology roadmaps and share business insights. Hosting the forum virtually also gave many participants in each organization the chance to sign on and have a look at the technical components most important to them within their daily functions.

As VAI celebrates 40th years in business, the company takes pride in its journey to becoming a top enterprise resource planning (ERP) vendor, the evolution of technology that has shaped its innovation over the years, and how it has always remained dedicated to partnering in development with its customers.

As the Thanksgiving Holiday approaches, I would like to give special thanks to the core of VAI’s business operation…… both family members and our extended family, our VAI employees. Immediate family members have important roles in the organization and are ultimately responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and providing leading edge products and services. Equally important are our employees, many whom have been with VAI for 20 to 30 years. They are also part of the VAI family, based on our years and time spent together, our mutual goals and objectives, and shared recognition that to be successful, we need to work together as a cohesive team. We take pride in running a business centered on core values that deliver exceptional customer service and expertise to our worldwide customer base. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to work with such a talented and motivated team, as it has given VAI the opportunity to grow over the years by offering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
