VAI’s S2K Enterprise for WMS Order Verification allows the user to verify the items that have been picked against the customer order. Upon scanning each item, the system will verify that the correct item and quantity was picked for the order.

Order Verification – Built in Quality Control

Order verification removes human error by eliminating incorrect product pulling, thus acting as a quality control system, guaranteeing that the product ordered by a customer is the one that was picked. In addition, the order verification system will prompt the user for any serial numbers or lot numbers that may be required.

Order Verification Made Simple from Beginning to End

WMS Order Verification makes box (carton) tracking available, enabling the user to designate which items are in a specific box. Upon ending each box, this order verification module offers the user a number of options allowing the following:

• Enter in the weight
• Enter ship-via information
• Indicate freight charges
• Record tracking number of each box

Order Verification Keeps Orders…in Order

Upon ending the order, S2K Enterprise for WMS Order Verification will prompt the user to backorder any items that have been short shipped. In addition, order verification will total all the cartons and freight charges for the order. At this point, order verification can print a packing list or an invoice and allow the user to designate the orders being shipped on a specific truck and generate a bill of lading if required. For EDI orders, UCC-128 labels and 856 Advance Ship Notices can be generated.
