The 800 support line is available 12 hours a day, (8:00 am to 8:00 pm eastern standard time). Calls are dispatched to the VAI help desk teams ready to assist. Electronic updates can be sent to each customer automatically, ensuring a fast and reliable method of keeping your enterprise software up to date with the latest enhancements.
VAI’s 24/7 Web Support can be accessed from the Customer Service section on the VAI web site. This support feature allows each user the ability to log a service call 24/7, at any location. Calls are logged in a history file (along with all other service calls), and categorized by application for historical review purposes. The electronic customer support desk also enables the user to access the latest software versions and PTF's, and all system documentation and user manuals can be viewed directly on-line.
