S2K Enterprise for Service & Repair Warehouse Pro is a warehouse management software system designed to improve overall warehouse efficiency, enhance productivity, and provide real-time integration to S2K Enterprise Management.

Integrated EDI features offer automatic UCC-128 label printing and electronic advance ship notices. With true random lot, bin, and serial number tracking for pallet assembly, picking, receiving, order verification, and movement, S2K Enterprise for Service & Repair Warehouse Management software allows for efficient and precise tracking of goods throughout your facilities.

Receiving and Pallet Creation:
Receiving by Purchase Order or Container and manual or RF post of the receipt is supported by S2K Enterprise. Upon receipt, users can note the Serial Numbers and Lots received. Every item is received into the location's default Loading Dock staging bin. Using RF Pallet Creation, the warehouse management software will automatically assign a pallet number and print a pallet license plate for quick and easy tracking of pallet / item movement.

Order Management:
View and choose warehouse transfer orders or sales orders for individual or wave picking based on a host of sort criteria. With S2K Enterprise for Service & Repair Order Manager users can view the chosen orders and group orders for picking based on cubic measure, weight, quantity, or line items. The repair management system then gives users a choice to create individual or consolidated pick tickets. The Order Manager provides the ability to review picking in progress and then analyzes the performance by Area, Picker, and Zone.

Picking:
S2K Enterprise supports paper based and RF picking. From the Order Manager, the warehouse management software system will generate a pick ticket displaying items based on Area, Path, Zone, and Bin sequence. RF picking can then be utilized to scan the bin and the item being picked. Once the bin and item is scanned, the system begins verifying that the correct item, bin and quantity were picked and moved to the user's staging bin. To easily track the pallet or tote used for picking the order, a bar coded picking label can be generated automatically.

Product Movement:
S2K Enterprise for Service & Repair Product Movement Program automatically creates move tickets for received items and for bin replenishment based on bulk stock merges and picking lane requirements. The RF Move Ticket Entry module scans the "from" location, the pallet or item being moved, and the "to" location. Once the move is accepted, the warehouse management software system immediately transfers the quantity to the newly assigned bin. Users can track each product’s movement utilizing the Item History tool.

Order Verification:
Ensure quality control by matching items that have been picked against the customer order. Upon scanning, S2K Enterprise for Service & Repair Order Verification will verify that the accurate item and quantity was picked.

In addition, the system prompts for any required lot numbers or serial numbers. A box (carton) tracking tool allows users to indicate which items are in a specific box. Upon ending each box, the repair management system enables users to enter in the weight, freight charges, ship-via, and the tracking number of each box.

Upon ending the order, the system prompts users to backorder any short shipped items. All the order’s cartons and freight charges are totaled. Users then have the option to print an invoice or packing list. Users can specify the orders being shipped on a particular truck and generate a bill of lading. For EDI orders, UCC-128 labels and 856 Advance Ship Notices can be generated.

Warehouse Transfers:
Manually or automatically create warehouse transfers for both inter-company and inter-location transfers. Suggested transfers are established based on the usage, transfer lead-time, and minimum requirements of each location. Review suggested transfers using the Transfer Maintenance Program and adjust each item’s stock allocations by location. After this step, transfers are released to the Order Manager for picking.

Cycle and Physical Counting:

VAI’s warehouse management software includes Cycle and Physical Counting programs. These powerful repair management applications give your organization the tools to manage and gauge the accuracy of the locator system’s current inventory records. Continuous automatic cycle counting takes place based on the cycle class code assigned in the item master file.

The cycle count process:

  • Allows RF-based counting
  • Prints count sheets
  • Writes transaction records
  • Produces variance reports

The system supports full physical inventory counting using wireless terminals or count sheets. Detailed inquiries display all counting activity and variances reported.
