Our Metals Product Quality Module receives items and places them on hold for product quality control testing. Products cannot be sold or consumed in manufacturing until all product quality control testing is complete and the products have passed all designated tests.

Within metal processing, product quality control tests will pop up initiating testing, as well as prompting for a value to be entered. This value is compared to pass/fail values. Color coded values will be displayed indicating a pass or fall: green is a passing value, red is a failing value.

In addition to the historical storage of this data, a Product Quality Certificate (C of A) can be produced from S2K Enterprise for Metals indicating all tests performed as well as their individual results.
