| | Vince Taravella- Account Manager, Eastern Regional Sales | As Account Manager of Eastern Regional Sales, Vince Taravella holds primary responsibility for the IBM partner relationship and for VAI customer relations throughout the eastern United States.
With more than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, Taravella’s appointment to the Eastern Region—VAI’s original customer base—reflects his adept interpersonal and negotiations skills in keeping long-term customers satisfied and bringing new clients on board in a highly competitive region. Taravella believes that carefully building customer relationships by delivering customized solutions to meet unique business requirements, with best practice principles in mind, sets VAI apart from the competition.
Previously, Taravella served as Director of Channel Sales, overseeing VAI’s North American channel sales force, strategic alliances and third-party relationships. Under his leadership, VAI experienced tremendous growth via the channel network, with a majority of the company’s new business directly attributable to channel sales.
Since joining VAI in 1995, Taravella has held a series of key sales and business development positions. Taravella holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from Long Island University. |
